This week, Tim invited some of his friends from his previous military life into the studio. Some have been practicing Pilates for a while and are already noticing the benefits, while others were simply curious about what he has been up to since leaving the armed forces. Many of the attendees are still rehabilitating injuries from their time in service, or taking on significant physical challenges as they continue to push their bodies to the limit.
