  • Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that uses a specialised machine called the ‘Reformer’ to enhance strength, flexibility, and posture. It targets deep muscles, improving core stability and alignment.

  • Yes! Reformer Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. You do not need to be fit or experienced in Pilates – you just have to get started. Book into a Rookie class on the Booking page and join our wonderful community.

  • No prior Pilates experience is necessary! Our studio offers classes for beginners (Rookie classes), as well as more advanced options for those looking to deepen their practice.

  • Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows freedom of movement. Grip socks are a must for hygiene and safety reasons. These can be bought in the studio for £15 or sourced ahead of your class. Trampolining socks are not suitable. 

  • We are located at two locations:

  • You can easily book a class through our website or by contacting the studio. Please ensure you are booking for the correct location. Refunds will not be offered for incorrect location bookings.

  • Unfortunately, no we don’t. The studio is a small independent business and is not able to offer a free trial. We do run intro offers regularly so keep an eye out!

  • Expect a warm welcome! Expect a workout and expect to learn about the reformer! We want you to feel confident before you head into the Builds or Collective classes.

  • Yes, Reformer Pilates is great for injury rehabilitation and recovery. It is also excellent for perinatal clients. The low-impact nature of the exercises helps improve mobility, strength, and flexibility, which can aid in the healing process.

  • Yes - but there are conditions to this. We will only accept clients into group classes who are in the first trimester. Past 12-weeks we do specific classes with necessary modifications, please contact the studio for timings and availability.
