Yes! Reformer Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. You do not need to be fit or experienced in Pilates – you just have to get started. Book into a Rookie class on the Booking page and join our wonderful community.

No prior Pilates experience is necessary! Our studio offers classes for beginners (Rookie classes), as well as more advanced options for those looking to deepen their practice.

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows freedom of movement. Grip socks are a must for hygiene and safety reasons. These can be bought in the studio for £15 or sourced ahead of your class. Trampolining socks are not suitable.

Unfortunately, no we don’t. The studio is a small independent business and is not able to offer a free trial. We do run intro offers regularly so keep an eye out!

Yes, Reformer Pilates is great for injury rehabilitation and recovery. It is also excellent for perinatal clients. The low-impact nature of the exercises helps improve mobility, strength, and flexibility, which can aid in the healing process.

Yes - but there are conditions to this. We will only accept clients into group classes who are in the first trimester. Past 12-weeks we do specific classes with necessary modifications, please contact the studio for timings and availability.
