Our postnatal Pilates sessions are led by three highly qualified instructors in a fully equipped studio, ensuring expert guidance in a safe, supportive environment. Vagabond Pilates is a welcoming, calm space to focus on you, making it an ideal place to return to movement after birth.
We offer structured postnatal sessions designed to guide your recovery step by step, as well as tailored group sessions if you are part of a postnatal group of friends. Whether you prefer the motivation of a small group or individual attention, we can meet you where you are in your postnatal journey.
Designed to aid safe recovery, classes focus on core strength, pelvic floor function, hip movement, posture, and mobility; helping reduce or avoid back pain, improve alignment, and boost energy. Whether you're 12 weeks or 12 months postpartum, you’ll feel stronger, more supported, and gradually back in control of your body.
