At Vagabond Pilates, we take a partnership first approach to workplace wellbeing. That means no copy and paste programmes, no generic corporate nonsense and definitely no “one size fits none” wellness packages.
Before anything begins, we take the time to properly understand your organisation, your workforce and the challenges your teams are actually dealing with day to day. Through an initial consultation, we look at workplace demands, movement patterns, culture, goals and the overall wellbeing of your staff.
