Come as you are.

This is actual pilates.

Millie

STOTT Certified

Millie served in the Royal Air Force for 21 years before leaving following a life-changing cancer journey. Although she is now cancer free, the experience had a profound impact on her outlook, deepening her appreciation for movement, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

In the years since, Millie has channelled her experience into Pilates, where she found a powerful tool for both physical recovery and mental strength. This journey has shaped her approach as an instructor, allowing her to bring a high level of empathy, understanding, and care to every session she teaches.

During her time in the industry, Millie recognised a growing trend towards lower-quality Pilates, often driven by social media and a focus on dynamic reformer styles rather than the depth and integrity of the Pilates method. In establishing Vagabond Pilates, her vision was to create a studio that champions authentic, high quality Pilates delivered with precision, knowledge, and respect for the method.

All Vagabond instructors are fully qualified and trained to a high standard, working towards fully comprehensive certifications. This commitment allows clients to experience Pilates in its true form, with a strong emphasis on control, alignment, and intelligent movement.

Millie remains passionate about health, movement, and education, and is dedicated to helping clients understand that Pilates is far more than stretching or a trend. Her classes are focused, engaging, and challenging, designed to build strength, improve posture, and enhance overall movement quality.

With a warm, approachable style and a good sense of humour, Millie creates an environment where clients feel supported while being encouraged to work to their full potential. Above all, she ensures every client is in safe, experienced hands.

Molly

STOTT

Molly has a degree in Performing Arts and her love for dance helped her find and fall in love with Pilates. Molly has a passion for any movement that makes you feel good.

From years of hustling in sales, the arrival of her son made her re-evaluate what is important in life. Her outlook shifted from chasing deadlines to ensuring she could be present during the magical, messy moments that come with small children and that is what led her to joining Millie in this Pilates venture.

Molly lives with her young son and gorgeous Staffie dog. She enjoys the simple things in life, a cold glass of wine, belly laughs and trying out new ways to feel good inside and out.

Molly brings energy, warmth and a big personality into every class; the kind of instructor who’ll make you feel at ease the second you walk through the door. No intimidation, no ego, just good vibes, proper Pilates, and a class you’ll genuinely look forward to all week.

Keeping things light-hearted, relaxed, and real but underneath the fun is a serious passion for movement, form, and helping people feel stronger in their bodies. She cares deeply about clients improving, developing confidence and leaving class feeling better than when they arrived.

Pilates should be challenging, welcoming, uplifting, and a little bit addictive! A space where you work hard, laugh often, and feel completely comfortable being yourself.

Tim

STOTT

Tim is a former Special Forces operator turned Pilates instructor and co founder of Vagabond Pilates. After thirty years operating in some of the most demanding environments imaginable, he swapped tactical kit for grippy socks and somehow discovered that making people shake violently in a Teaser is considerably more socially acceptable.

His approach to Pilates is direct, intelligent and unapologetically focused on results.

Drawing on decades of military experience, Tim brings precision, discipline and an obsessive attention to detail into every session. His classes are designed with purpose, challenging clients to move better, get stronger and actually understand what their body is doing, rather than mindlessly flinging themselves around to loud music pretending it is functional fitness.

Expect detailed coaching, strong playlists, questionable humour and at least one moment per class where you reconsider every decision that led you to a moving carriage.

Despite the no bullshit approach, Tim’s sessions are supportive, approachable and built around long term progress. Whether working with complete beginners, athletes, high performers or clients recovering from injury, his focus is always the same, helping people build genuine strength, improve mobility and move through life with more confidence and less pain.

A passionate advocate for making Pilates more accessible to men, Tim is on a mild personal mission to drag the method away from outdated stereotypes and show people what Pilates actually is, intelligent movement training that will humble you faster than most gym workouts ever could.

His classes attract a wide range of clients looking for expert coaching without the ego, the gimmicks or the wellness influencer bullshit.
